Technology in education therefore needs to be about developing confidence with a variety of systems and building on 21st century skills to maximise the potential of the ubiquitous nature of the internet&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>I totally agree. Things are changing fast and proprietary software is no longer the only way to do things. Free software, whether open source or online or mobile apps, is readily available. Google has a vast variety of online software that creates spreadsheets, documents, forms and presentations. We have choices.</p>
